I'm a new client.  How do I get QuickBooks on the Cloud?

Although QuickBooks is designed for the layman to understand, the initial setup and installation must be done precisely to operate efficiently...and that takes some experience.

All we need is the same information necessary to setup manual accounting records and we can setup and install QuickBooks on your Cloud Accounting Desktop. 

Even if you are currently on a manual accounting system, we can make the transition for you.

Our QuickBooks Pro Advisor staff can easily answer all of your questions and complete the initial setup and Installation in a timely manner.  We'll work with you and our Technology staff to make sure that any issues are resolved effieciently.  In addition, your employees will receive training on the accounting software to enhance their performance.

We first want to find out a little more about your business and your accounting records before we quote you an exact price. Rest assured that we work with many small business owners and our rates are designed to fit the budgets of our clients.

How do we get you started?

As with any accounting software program, QuickBooks installation and training takes time - time taken away from managing your business. Here's a short list of the services we provide during your QuickBooks setup:

• Study and evaluate your software and accounting needs.
• Install software, design and set up chart of accounts and entire accounting package including payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, etc.
• Load your chart of account and balances as of your predetermined starting date.
• Prepare a list of the items that you sell to your customers (if applicable). This list includes services, inventory parts, non-inventory parts, other charges and sales taxes.
• Enter your outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable details as of your starting date.
• Enter your ending statement bank balances and outstanding checks and deposits in transit as of your starting date.
• Verify your trial balance.
• Enter your transactions since your starting date into QuickBooks
• Train your staff in use of software to meet your accounting, management and tax needs.

Ongoing Services:

• Follow up training to ensure you are "on the right track".
• Monthly or quarterly and annual review of your QuickBooks data to assist in tax preparation and management reports.
